Políticas del establecimiento

1. Un deposito del 50% del valor de la reserva puede ser requerido como pago adelantado con el objeto de garantizar la reserva. En caso de cancelación el deposito no será reembolsable bajo ninguna circunstancia.
2. Capacidad de apartamentos ampliable a lo establecido con un coste extra.
3. Estancia gratuita para menores de 2 años.
4. El pago (restante) se efectuará a la llegada del establecimiento.
5. No se admiten mascotas sin aviso previo.
6. No se pueden celebrar fiestas/eventos.
7. La sustracción de elementos tales como toallas, sabanas, secador, etc. de los apartamentos puede cobrarse en adición al coste de la reserva. En ese caso, el cliente será notificado.
8. Importante: la piscina es de temporada. Se suele abrir a mediados de junio hasta mitad de septiembre. Consúltanos si necesitas conocer las fechas exactas en las que está disponible.

1. A deposit of 50% of the value of the reservation may be required as a prepayment in order to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refundable under any circumstances.

5. Pets are not allowed without prior notice.
   
6. Parties / events cannot be celebrated.
   
7. The subtraction of items such as towels, sheets, dryer, etc. of the apartments can be charged in addition to the cost of the reservation. In that case, the client will be notified.
   
8. Important: the pool is seasonal. It usually opens from mid-June to mid-September. Ask us if you need to know the exact dates that is is available.
